The earliest I watched from Foley was that sick King of the Death Match final in 1995 against Terry Funk, and it's rather enjoyable. It's quite infamous, I'm a sucker for that kind of twisted shit, and the fact that both Foley and Funk are the most sympathetic doods ever, they are my all-time favorites.
